About
The U.S. Center for Diplomacy provides diplomatic services, peacemaking and keeping missions and negotiations, sensitive communications between governments and entities, and consultancy to achieve critical results for our clients.
The President of the USCD is fmr. 2024 U.S. Presidential candidate, Dr. Rollan Roberts. As an American businessman and government advisor, he was nominated to the Central Command Civilian Task Force and a member of a U.S. Delegation to South Sudan in 2021 and 2022 where he assisted with the stabilization of the transitional to permanent government. Dr. Roberts is an editor for Ukraine's new Constitution, Advisory Board member of the Africa International Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and serves as an advisor to national governments on matters of diplomacy, national security, entrepreneurship, education, and water.
Dr. Roberts solves complex systematic and structural problems for access to clean water, business education, food security, and national security to accelerate economic, technology, education, social welfare, and healthcare transformation. He has authored 7 books, led several tech and manufacturing companies as CEO, and founded Transform Africa, The Water Mission, and Rollan College School of Business & Entrepreneurship in Africa.
He addressed China's business and government leaders on the U.S.-China Trade War at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, China, world leaders at Harvard University, and Bloomberg's "The Year Ahead" conference in Shanghai.
