USCD bridges sensitive communications and issues between or within governments.
USCD serves the needs of national, state, county, and city governments, factions, and entities during times of crisis, war, emergency, or disaster.
Dr. Rollan Roberts leads the U.S. Center for Diplomacy. He was nominated to the civilian Central Command Task Force and a member of the U.S. Delegation to South Sudan in 2021 and 2022 where he assisted with the stabilization of the transitional to permanent government. He has served as an advisor to
national governments on matters of diplomacy, national security, entrepreneurship, education, and water.
Dr. Roberts formed Transform Africa to solve complex systematic and structural problems for access to clean water, business education, food security, and national security in Africa to accelerate the transformation of Africa’s economic, technology, education, social welfare, and healthcare sectors. Supported by numerous regional partners and stakeholders, Transform Africa has impacted countless Africans in 9 countries through dedicated business and entrepreneurship programs, women’s empowerment and vocational trainings, and individual mentorship programs while preserving the rich tribal heritage of the continent.
He addressed China's government on the U.S.-China Trade War at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing, China. Dr. Roberts addressed world leaders at Harvard University and is the former CEO of the Hoverboard Company, the “hottest” consumer product globally in 2015. He was given the African diplomatic designation of His Excellency as Peace Ambassador to Nations from the International College of Peace Studies.
